Linda is the President of Linda Christopherson & Associates, a consulting organization that has served a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in North and South Carolina since 1994. During that period, for ten years, she was also the Executive Director of the McColl Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) at the McColl School of Business, Queens University of Charlotte. In that role, she developed the Physician Leadership Institute and delivered it for a number of clients including the Mecklenburg County Medical Society, Carolinas Healthcare System, Roper St. Francis Healthcare System, and New Hanover Regional Medical Center. LC&A clients include SPX, Clariant Corporation, EnPro Industries, Duke Energy, Coca Cola Bottling Company Consolidated, Foundation for the Carolinas, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and Mecklenburg County.
She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is authorized to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Workplace Big 5. She is a certified facilitator for the Everything DiSC Workplace profile, as well as other DiSC products, and is also a certified facilitator for the 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, drawing on the work of Patrick Lencioni and his book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Linda holds certifications to develop competency models using the Lominger Leadership Architect and Strategic Alignment Architect tools, and to administer 360 degree assessment using Lominger’s “Voices” instrument and the “Benchmarks” instrument from the Center for Creative Leadership.
